Chinese Garden Shoot with my Minolta 70-210mm F4(Beercan) and Tokina 17mm F3.5

Took a stroll yesterday at the Chinese Garden, a place of relative tranquility in this citystate country of mine. Scorching weather so I did not stay long. Some snapshots to share though. Enjoy!

i love saturated color of image...how you manage to make the image saturated while maintaining the neutral skin tone?

Hi Erick,

I used the Nikon D70 and D200 before and I have to say sometimes they have a rather coolish or yellowish skintones that is not very attractive, perhaps due to wrong white balance settings? The Sony A700 has great skin tone colours straight out of the camera and I wonder is it also because of the minolta lens too? The colours are quite film-like and all I have to do is do some minor adjustments to get what you see. Hope that answers your question.

Cheers!
